What Will You Contribute?

August was not a usual month, and this is not my usual post.

August presented us all with many opportunities to examine our values, our principles, and to connect with what matters most to each of us. People came together to witness the phenomena of the eclipse. People united in their response to the havoc Harry brought to Texas.

I think Eliott C. McLaughlin (CNN) captured August’s opportunities when he said,

“Charlottesville exposed our divisions. Harvey hid them.
The eclipse showed us we are but tiny players in a vast universe, and we have more in common than we think.”

I believe this is a rich time of discernment for each of us.
What will your contribution be?

As Mahatma Gandhi challenges us…
“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

In this rich time of discernment for each of us, what will your contribution be? Click To Tweet

The main benefit of coaching was simply the reworking of my priorities to bring some semblance of balance back into my life as it applied to my family relationships and personal well-being.

Creating a Framework for Success as a Sustainable Leader in a Socially Connected Environment
Being a sustainable leader isn’t just a ‘touchy-feely’ term. It’s about creating innovation and collaboration within your environment. It’s about accomplishing goals that matter. And yes, it’s even about improving the bottom line of your business.

Because nothing is sustainable if it doesn’t “increase profitability and your competitive advantage.”
