Purposeful Life (part 1)

February 8, 2012 by Diana Leave a Comment

Shifting to the beginning of a new year offers us time for reflection and starting anew with our way of being in the world.  So many of us tend to live on auto-pilot, acting out of habit and remaining mentally asleep. We just keep doing the same routine over and over because we are too busy, too tired, out of courage or just plain stuck and don’t know how to start living a life that is more alive.

Do you find yourself asking:  Who am I?  What am I doing?  Where am I going?  Is living a different kind of life something you yearn for?  I know the feeling that creeps in when a part of you wants to find the deepest side of yourself and another part is scared to death of what you might discover.  If you are finally ready for a change, to embark on a journey of self discovery, this feeling can be silenced.

Tomorrow I will give questions to get you started.  They are meant to guide you in shaping what is possible for you in this New Year.

Testimonials

Working with Diana was great. She helped me identify my leadership strengths and find ways to use them to maximize my value to the organization as I transitioned into a new role with greater responsibility.

The main benefit of coaching was simply the reworking of my priorities to bring some semblance of balance back into my life as it applied to my family relationships and personal well-being.

Creating a Framework for Success as a Sustainable Leader in a Socially Connected Environment
Being a sustainable leader isn’t just a ‘touchy-feely’ term. It’s about creating innovation and collaboration within your environment. It’s about accomplishing goals that matter. And yes, it’s even about improving the bottom line of your business.

Because nothing is sustainable if it doesn’t “increase profitability and your competitive advantage.”
